Thomasina Shealey is a specialist in the marketing of luxury primary, secondary, summer & investment properties. This primary focus coupled with a specialty in 1031 Exchange and 25 years experience in real estate, banking, and marketing, representing individuals, limited partnerships and estate clients with the purchase/sale of their primary or second home, contributes to the growth of her large client and referral network throughout the states of Virginia, Florida and Massachusetts. Born in upstate New York, a 17 year resident of Virginia, Thomasina lives on the mountain and truly embraces the Wintergreen lifestyle throughout the year, coupled with frequent travel to meet with clients and relax a bit, in Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard and Palm Beach. An empty-nester, with son Adam (Amherst College ’08) a consultant in Washington, D.C. and daughter Amanda (Vassar College ’10) on tour performing, when down time prevails, Thomasina purses her love of travel, skiing, tennis, swimming, sailing, and learning the french language.
